Lebak Bulus TOD area has possessed a great potential for the future of transit-related development due to its location that sits on the border of Tangerang and South Jakarta. As a response to the vastly growing of urban transit life, a set of facilities provision is proposed in order to accommodate the nature of transit life in Lebak Bulus, that includes an urban facilities development, park and ride provision, and an affordable apartment in Lebak Bulus. In order to maintain a sustainable standard as the most crucial point in the urban development, the affordable apartment adapts several modern sustainable concepts such as the application of RSPV (Rooftop Solar Photovoltaic), environment-friendly building materials, and the list goes on.
