  • Location Jakarta
  • Client dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo General Hospital (RSCM)
  • Type Master Plan Update
  • Size 117.810 sqm
  • Awards

Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo General Hospital (RSCM) is a Class A teaching and national referral hospital located strategically in central Jakarta. With broad service coverage and advanced medical capabilities, RSCM plays a key role in Indonesia’s healthcare system. The 2015 Masterplan revision responds to unrealized developments from previous plans and introduces new facilities, including the National Geriatric Center, Institute of Mental Health, Oncology Center, and CMU buildings. Due to land and technical constraints, the layout and building capacities require reassessment. The updated Master plan outlines existing conditions, revisits design concepts from 2008 and 2010, and provides schematic guidance for future development. It aims to ensure that upcoming projects between 2015–2019 align with the hospital’s long-term vision, optimize land use, and enhance service delivery across specialized medical fields.
