The UDGL for Bandar Kemayoran is a revised planning framework for one of Jakarta’s strategic multifunctional zones, envisioned as the city’s second-largest business hub— positioned to rival the Golden Triangle CBD. This update to Pergub No. 82/2014 accommodates shifts in development plans, land use intensity, and
spatial distribution in response to the latest zoning regulations outlined in Perda No. 1/2014 (RDTR and PZ). The guideline provides a comprehensive tool to regulate private land development and shape public space design within the area. It ensures that future growth aligns with urban development goals while promoting a balanced, integrated, and sustainable urban environment in Kemayoran.
